  • Do not recommended this product or app

    Bought these expensive players for my kids for Christmas. They have not worked since January. I have lost many hours trying to somehow get them to work. Zero response from customer service. Do not waste your money or time.

  • Really frustrating

    Bought x3 Mighty’s for the children and they’re a nightmare to sync and update music on. Really clunky, doesn’t like switching between devices and won’t download the app on my daughter’s phone now that she has one. A total waste of money as they’re not cheap. Really disappointing

  • Very bad

    The app often doesn’t pick up on wifi connections. Very slow when syncing playlists. The device glitches a few times, shutting itself down, and says that the synced playlists have expired when I updated less than a week ago. It didn’t even last a month before it malfunctioned.
