  • app doesn’t work

    I’ve had this app downloaded for a few weeks. The app tells me that I have cases near me, however every time i open the app there are no cases displayed. I changed the setting to make myself seem available 24/7 and reinstalled the app multiple times. I tried to contact the admin about my issue and they did not get back to me.

    I always receive notifications about new jobs and when I request them the coordinators never get my message or the case is always taken. This app isn’t useful at all. And it’s very annoying that I have to have a passcode sent to me every time I try to log in.

    This app is amazing just what was needed to make seeing your schedule easy and getting a new case. So far I use it every day
  • This app shows no jobs

    It will alert me saying there is a new case but there is never a new case. I put my availability to available all the time and still I see no jobs. What’s the point of having this app when I can’t even get a job in it? It’s been over a month with this issue. I even deleted the app and uploaded it again and still nothing.
