Tapplock is a complete waste of money. The product is subpar, the customer service is worse. The app itself is rudimentary and basic at best. Save your money and don’t get taken by Tapplock! Buyer beware!

Tapplock Lite is an awesome lock. The fingerprint pad works great. I love it. The time it took to get my locks was ridiculous! It was something like 3-4 months. Crazy!

Sad excuse for a “smart lock”
I was really excited about this lock because I always forget something in my locker at the gym and the classic dial locks get old real fast. FINALLY I don’t have to spin the dial around like crazy and mess up my combination only to start over again. Now I can just put my finger on it and BAM! But no that’s not what happened. Spent $100 on this thing, downloaded the app, got it connected, and that’s as far as the app has gotten me. It won’t load finger prints into the lock so I can’t unlock it with a fingerprint and even though it’s connected to my phone while in Bluetooth mode it still won’t unlock using the app. I can’t even delete the lock from my account to reconnect and start over. I’m extremely disappointed in this because I was crazy excited about this thing and it doesn’t even work after spending the amount of money I did on it. There’s zero option for setting it up without the app and the instructions it comes with are an absolute joke that tell you nothing about how to get started using it, only how it operates. You’ve let let me down in a big way Tapp.
