This app won’t open in my iPhone or my iPad. Very frustrating. For all the money you have on spend on the appliance and the service, I would say use a different service all together.Cdavis62

It won’t work
I have the same problem as the person that reviewed this a year ago. Keeps spinning. You can download the app but when you open it, it’s a white screen Withey the spinning wheel. That’s it. Nothin’, nodda, zero….Sfhjgj

Useless app! My father has my medical guardian, his app works fine. I’ve deleted and reinstalled and the page won’t even load. Upon reading the app review I see I’m not the only one with this problem.Jolene Gonzales

Spinning wheel, marble never drops
Is there no ZERO stars? Like others, I just get a spinning wheel. Maybe it has never been updated for newer iOS. Apparently no one even monitors these reviews. Surely do wish it worked. We finally got the sister app loaded, but it is fairly useless also. If we we had known we might have chosen another brand of alert device.Show lessLEAD360
App has a lot of issues
The product concept is excellent if only the app would work as intended. We purchased this product over competitor products because of the features offered with the app. Have had it about four weeks. Twice we have not been able to sign into the app for multiple days. Every time I want to see recent activity I have to sign out and sign back in. There is no option to refresh the page. That was annoying enough but lately every time I sign out it throws an exception error and I get a page of code that I cannot exit from so I must delete the app and reinstall it. Now when I do that the app loads but when I enter my ID and password I just sit on the clock and it never loads. Notification texts seem to be random. I should receive one every morning for out of bed and active but I don’t even though the app will show activity ( that’s when I can get into the app to see it). Hoping that the developers can correct the bugs and get this thing running as it should because it’s an awesome tool particularly if you are far away from the family member. If it continues to be buggy then we may need to rethink the subscription. Please fix it!Show lessSdrigg55
