Lots of issues
Crashes often, has issues answering from phone, app won’t open, little things like speaker phone won’t turn on, chat feature is horrible. Customer support is great, they try to fix the issues when you call, I think it’s just a badly created app.Etta49506
Issues
This app has several issues. The phone often needs to be reset to use it, it crashes, or it updates often and then it crashes. If it doesn’t work, I have to shut off my phone and the turn it back on.warrior197586

I have struggled with this app for a year. It does not work as advertised. At this point I haven’t been able to make or receive calls for three weeks. Support is non - existent.12345Hawkeye
