Needs stability
After 3 y utilization, averate 10 ten a year I need to initialize. It has become easy with fast login through email recently.
System is unable to handle EDT and EST time change and I’ m still looking for a solution to handle scheduling

Worthless
This app is worthless. It never stays connected to the units. What’s worse is that one can’t use more than one mobile device with the units. If I use my iPhone to manage the devices then log in on my iPad to adjust the settings on one of the units it disconnects all the ac units and they all go offline. Vice Versa too. If I’m using the iPad then switch to the phone all the units go offline. If my spouse wants to adjust the units they knock us both offline. This app is worthless and doesn’t stay connected to any of the ac units. It is pointless and frustrating.

Won’t Connect
I’ve had this app for the last three years of my new Caravan. Originally it was fine since the update a few months ago it will not connect yet. I can get no response from the developers or gree themselves. :(
Good little app
I used to get kicked out quite often needing to pair this app to my unit manually using the remote which is inconvenient since I have tenants. (I make sure they don’t leave the AC on while they’re gone all day). Now this app works well again. As for the Mini split AC/heater it’s been working well for a few years now and just added another unit at my house. I can control two units both diff places remotely in this one app!

Pour moi tout fonctionne à merveille
L’application a été facile à installer
Je n’utilise plus la télécommande
Je peux contrôler mes 2 unîtes à la maison et même quand je suis à l’extérieur
Depuis 2 semaines tout est parfait
En plus avec l’application j’ai plus d’options qu’avec la télécommande. je ne peux pas demander mieux ! Tout est plus facile et plus conviviale avec l’application ! Je ne sais pas pourquoi il y a tellement des commentaires négatifs. J’espère ne plus jamais utiliser la télécommande. Quand je vois la télécommande c’est comme si retournas a l’âge de pierre.

Absolutely life saver!
Vraiment nul comme application pour la connexion!
Vraiment nul, les instruction de connexion à l’application son soit extrêmement mal faite et ou mal conçu. Je n’ai jamais été capable d’obtenir la connexion à mon appareil et ce avec deux sortes de mobile (Apple et Androïde)

Plenty of room for improvement
Terrible app need more work on improving its usability. Functionality wise it is rudimentary. The help and support section was not very useful or helpful. I suggest the developer look at other similar app to get some idea on what the app should do. Very disappointing
