The idle players will be replaced by an IA player after some time of inactivity. Added an option in the option menu to ease performance for the devices with low CPU speed by removing some visual effects (but 1Gb RAM still necessary). Updated leaderboard so that the player score is always visible. Miscellaneous bug fixes.
