Delivery Service: Some Good, Few Bad
Unfortunately, some of Sherpa’s delivery men talk a bit crazy. The kind of crazy comes out of no where between smiling teeth. Some good delivery men just do the job and move on. But the few bad ones have said a few nonsensical things to me like, “that’s not your name!” Which is difficult enough for me out here in a foreign country!!Show lessreviews-matter
No late night orders!
This app is ok in the day but after 22:30 it’s rubbish!!!!! PLEASE change, all of my Chinese friends can order at night and I cannot!Terrimabaker
SMS verification not working
The app is unusable because SMS verification to my USA phone won’t work.
I’ve had other Chinese service text me successfully. Not sherpas.HazardSyd

Bad handling of delivery
Most of my experience of Sherpa has been ok. But today I ordered early with a 50mins estimate. However 1 hr later the food wasn’t even in transit. I had to ask what was going on only to be told it could be another 1hr. Then I asked them to cancel the order and instead of just doing it they delayed and wasted yet more of my time.
