Dinner Savior
Sherpas has been my dinner go-to app for a couple years now. I’m a Canadian living in Shanghai, and when I need my Western comfort food, Sherpas has ‘got my back’. It’s so nice to have Sherpas when you’ve had a long day at work, can’t get outta bed in the morning, or just want to snuggle on the couch. It’s quick, easy, and hits the spot! Not Useful in Beijing
I've had decent luck using it in Shanghai, but like other reviews warned, I got the wrong order and they didn't give me a full refund. They offered a partial refund for an entirely wrong order.Order was also delivered by some other company and not Sherpas.

Terrible Delivery
For the third time, Sherpa’s has outdone itself with failure to deliver and plan to deliver at the most end time of possible delivery, thus passing my lunch time and unable to actually eat. Their response was, “we’ll take off delivery charge”...as if that makes up for the fact that we had to cancel the order as we had no time to eat anymore and 6 of us didn’t have lunch. SMH! Stick to the other Chinese services, surprisingly they’re more consistent and much more reliable. I don’t speak or know Chinese but they sure can meet the standard. Garbage App
This app is trash. You can’t even log on because they text you a phone number verification code that is invalid. After multiple attempts, I’m just going to go with a less buggy app...Hiram.Taiwan

Great Delivery App!
Used ele-me for years, this will be my new go-to app for delivery. This app is in English and many more food options than ele-me. Few mins to setup acct and start ordering. Worth giving it a try. Love it!LibertyPanda
