It now works fine on an iPhone 13 and my wife’s Samsung phone.
As someone mentioned the security is great for these times.
Face ID login is working great.
I mainly want to check my balance and transfer pesos to others and it does just that.

Great Bank & App for Foreigners
Very simple app, easy to use, great bank and awesome customer service. Perfect for foreigners who need to have access to pesos in Mexico and don’t want to hold large amounts of cash. High interest investment offers make it a huge bonus to have some money down here for vacations, rent, expenses etc.
Worst app ever
This is the most god awful banking app ever. Intercam has managed to somehow put together the sorriest, most worthless, piece of software ever.
App is not production ready
The app scores low on usability, aesthetics, and it is not what I would expect from a financial institution. Highly recommend that Intercam spend the money to bring the app and website up to 2020s standards. It will cost Intercam a good amount of money, but it will gain its customers’ respect.

IPad app needed
I use the app on my iPhone. It functions. Would like to see
1. Ability to copy and paste. For example, copy a numeric value and move it to a spread sheet, and the reverse.
2. Enable biometric log-on for phones with facial ID.
3. Clear statements when functions, such as adding a recipient, can only be done on a computer. (And, why can’t a new destination account be added with the “destination account registration” button on the home page).
In response to another review about inability to generate CVV codes, this has worked OK for me, but I’m puzzled as to why this is necessary and means I have to remember this step.

No way to verify accounts. Broken 2FA
If you want to send money to an account, it asks for SMS or Email and a 60 second timer begins until the code expires.
But the email doesn’t arrive until 90 seconds 🤦. And the SMS message never arrives.
I can’t use this app to send money at all.
