I've been a patient with these folks for over a decade. They've been, one of the few, consistent in their approach to treatment. Kudos to my doctor and support staff for doing all they can to help with providing seamless patient care. As with all relationships, in medical care & treatment, there are changes happening all of the time, especially, when you bring pharmacies into the picture. Keep caring about your patients, as you do, and you will keep your patient's needs met.....thanks to all.

Dr. Sabrina

Dr Sabrina really listens and is able to make you fell comfortable opening up with her. I love how she always tells me there are options and explains it in a way that I understand. We have the same end goal and I think that is the most important part is I feel we are on the same page, and I always feel better after talking to her. She has always been available for emergency needed appointments to refilling medicine when out of town etc. she is always on top of it!!

Therapy Session

The App works great, not sure if that is what the review is supposed to be about.
Hopefully this is intended to give my Therapist the praise she deserves.
Camelle Burlock is amazing and I would not have made the progress I’ve made without her. I am beyond blessed to have found someone who understands me and evaluates my situations with so much care and intelligence. To anyone who has put the idea of counseling or self care off for any reason and, I truly understand there can be many reasons we feel it is ok to ignore or put it off. Don’t put it off any longer, I am stronger today than I have ever been. I Understand myself more than I ever have and I am so lucky to have the ability to work with Camelle. This has truly been a blessing.

Convenient but has its issues.

I’ve had a great experience with my therapist. I don’t drive, so being able to have therapy from home is very helpful. The problem is, I always experience connectivity issues. Both my therapist and I have pretty good internet connections but, for some reason, the app starts acting up. The audio always starts cutting off and I can’t hear my therapist, which it’s kind of important. We have to restart the session a few times and connecting and disconnecting wastes valuable time.

Virtual appointments

I absolutely LOVE this app. Being able to talk to my provider and have a doctors appointment regardless if I am sitting on the couch, cooking dinner or even at work.
It’s such a wonderful convenience and I highly recommend this app to everyone with a busy life or just because they don’t want to leave lol.

On top of that, every single provider I had the pleasure of meeting have been nothing but wonderful!

Communication is easy

Appointments for lab results are easy and I don’t have to leave my house for televisit. Great and efficient way to talk to the doctor.

works great - bugs fixed

this app has improved greatly over the past year and a half. I've been using it to video conference with my doctor during that time.

Granted, a majority of anyone's issues are going to be related to their Wi-Fi and Internet quality, however, in the beginning there were app level issues that needed to be addressed

That said as of today January 25, 2023, the app and video calls have been performing excellently.

Therapy

I love my weekly visits they were leave my stress they help me work through things give me suggestions and make me feel not so crazy. I am so happy I picked the therapist that I did.

I wish we did not have to put our profile in again since you have all that information in the computer and from the doctors office.

I want to thank everyone for being so patient with me at life stance health. I am 66-year-old and have a terrible time with computers. The office help is wonderful and connecting me to the portal for my visits.
I would also like to thank Hannah for seeing and diagnosing me and getting me the help that I needed. Do you have worked wonders for me. Thank you very much.
