Been using for years both in person & teleheath
This app is amazing MOST of the time. I see my therapist in person and on TeleHealth. Normally it’s good. But lately has been crashing before & mid sessions. One thing I wish they’d fix is the applicant form. Every. Single. Time. You have to fill out your full name (when you already have a date & time appt.) and full address. Everyyyyyy time. I understand why they have that feature incase of an emergency…. But if literally ALL or MOST online sessions you do are from the same address…especially in cases like mine and other longtime users that use the same address every/most times, auto fill or keep a memory log for easier & quicker sign in. To where you can just verify the address OR just be able to go change it if you’re in a different location.

I have been working with him for a while now. I was also working with a psychiatrist who of course wanted to go the medical route. I tried several meds who takes weeks to see how you respond. Eventually I was having very dark thoughts almost everyday and night and the insomnia left me alone with my thoughts. I told them and they brought me down slowly, you can’t just stop, and it took weeks. If it works for you then do it. Working with Craig has helped me feel so much more powerful then swallowing that pill everyday. Yes I still have work to do, some days and nights are harder than others and it may continue. I've been a patient at this clinic for around 2 years, and let me say that my provider, the clinic, and the platform they utilize to deliver treatment is second to none! Being able to schedule my own appointment, have my rx managed, and/or chat with my provider directly at my own convenience, and from the comfort of my own living room has alleviated the stress that usually comes with dealing with dr. Offices. I recommend them to anyone ready to try an new approach to treatment and rx management, without the hassle of the Dr.'s office.

I am not sure if I can say her name, but she is sooo amazing! No matter what time of the day it is, if I need her and send her a message, she responds almost immediately. She gets me! She’s very compassionate and kind.
This app is such a great way to communicate with my psychologist. It has saved me lost of money from having to drive to my appointments. It has also helped me stay home and do my appointments because of my social anxiety. I just love this app.

After you get the app, it’s very easy to use, it doesn’t make you create complicated passwords and it’s overall a good tool for anybody who knows how to use it. using this app is very convenient and can help people feel more comfortable talking about their feelings with their therapist, while in the comfort and safety of their own home. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a way to get therapy digitally. 👍

Deena Altman is an amazing counselor/ therapist. She is kind, she listens, she makes suggestions and always answers questions and gives information to help with solutions. She is always very complimentary and encouraging toward her patients. She has such a warm heart

Very convenient
Ever since the pandemic this tool has become really convenient and has served as a lifeline to people like me who are busy living their lives . I can go into a private room and have a serious and private conversation in confidence with my doctor. If you sit and think about the time you save , it’s just an impressive tool and I’m sure dependability is tied to your connection, but I have had nothing but great experiences on this platform.

Drs Lux Visit Telemed
I have been having great visits with Dr Lux. He has alot of patience and compassion. I just started seeing him and slowly but surely I know I am going to get back to where I’m supposed to be at. Considering I’ve had breast cancer no left breast, I’ve had open heart surgery and now have a titanium mechanical heart valve, just recently developed Brain and Lung cancer. He is teaching me this is thru no fault of my own. He is keeping comfortable and making me strong again. I want to live life to the fullest and I know with his help I can get there. Works OK, Needs Better UI
Technically the app works fine and I have no issues seeing providers. The interface to join a session is clunky and doesn’t remember me, though, so I always have to manually type my address. The state field is especially bad because it’s a separate screen instead of a regular form field. None of it allows autofill. Overall it’s clunky and I’d rather not use it if I didn’t have to.
