I just video chatted to one of the most insightful, intuitive and gifted Therapist I have ever met. Through my husband of over 30 years, I have had the medical benefit of speaking to someone who was so present and available to me someone who heard me & saw me and had amazing suggestions for my continued growth and healing.
I didn't know what to expect doing a video call and I have had quite a bit of therapy in my life. This one hour session pointed me in a healthier direction, suggested alternative therapy modes and helped me to have more hope and less sadness in my life.
