  • Feeling greatful!

    I have been struggling with finding a counselor to actively help me move forward after discovering a long past of trauma and shame etc. Everyone seemed to be nice but left me feeling unaccomplished and not mentally feeling any healing. I found Jillian randomly from searching one day online. Not knowing if online therapy would be effective. I feel like i’m digging into myself and she leads me to realize things that I’ve been not seeing or understanding and discovering those things are my missing links to moving forward. It was easy to set up and she’s been so helpful and she’s very smart and understanding.I feel blessed to have her as my therapist!

  • Video visit with Dr David A Wolff

    The only thing I can say is this Telehealth app has been great at providing me access to my Dr David Wolff of Akron Iowa and I 100 percent appreciate the effort Telehealth has made to make it possible to see my Dr of 6 years and he Dr Wolff has been the best Dr you can imagine. He has changed my mindset at very crucial times in my life and literally through his intelligence in mental health and addiction medication leveled me with exact precision prescribing of meds and further reducing my anxiety levels, depression and pain while caring enough to find further illnesses that are now being diagnosed and treated properly by cardiologist Dr Chan of mercy one of Sioux City along with Dr David Daniels internal medicine and entire health care team. Thank you guys for making this possible

  • Connection Problems?

    I multiple times the message came up about connection issues. I am in my home and the Therapist was in their office. Neither of us were moving around to have these issues. It would flash on the screen for just a second to maybe 3 seconds, and make me wonder if I need to hold my thoughts or wait to make more a comment . The interruptions just would throw off the vibe or train of thought a bit and I don’t think it was due to either of our internet connections having issues, but more the app. This was my first time using the app. I’ll update if I use it again and it works better.
