It deleted all my photos and videos.
I subscribed to the yearly plan and the app was working fine for about a month before it started crashing on me and abruptly kicking me out. I didn’t think much of it and trusted the developers to work the bugs out. Unfortunately all they managed to do was delete all my photos, videos, and albums. I signed in one day to retrieve some videos for a project and everything slowly started getting deleted. One by one. And there was nothing I could do. Ok, so then I emailed them. I explained what happened and they requested screenshots. Cool, I sent them what they asked for. What isn’t cool though is that it’s been a week and I have yet to hear back from them. Their “customer service” isn’t servicing anything! And I am highly disappointed with their product. They have been giving me the runaround big time. This could be such a great app. It was awesome to be able to store private photos. Unfortunately, like many people in the other reviews, all of my photos and videos are gone. I opened up the app and saw all them being deleted one by one and disappearing forever. I contacted customer service with no luck. They said it could be on another email, but I only use one email. Then, even they said everything’s gone. This must be some sort of bug or error. The lesson here is to always have another back up. I’ll be deleting this app when my subscription is up. Collected photos over a couple of years and stored them in the app. Today, when I opened the app, my photos began to disappear one by one until they were all gone.
The app has just spent hours backing up data to the Cloud, but what data? All my pics were deleted by the app. The folders remain but not the pics.
I see in the reviews that this has happened to many others. Still, SA seems to have done nothing to resolve the problem. SA should refund the subscription cost, since everything was lost. The memories lost were worth farm more than the subscription.Show lessDeveloper Response
