I can see how this can be used for keeping things from your spouse.. but also on a professional level, at work I have to use my personal phone device and number. My phone bill plus some is included in my salary, however I still prefer this from having the responsibility of having a second phone. This app I use to keep personal photos separate from work related photos. I can hand over my phone to a co worker for something without the worry of them getting access to a photo or video that I don’t want them to see, or “accidentally” or truly accidentally share or erase etc. so I use this to keep my spouse and family and very personal images videos and stuff from coworkers, but it has multiple uses! You can create a “fake” password in which you can give a gf/bf spouse access to and they believe that that is what you have in this secretive app. While with a second password you can save other images.Show lessNeeds An Update
I have had this app for several years now, & through 3 different iPhones, never had a problem, now it’s crashing & I can’t even get to anything before it crashes! Just needs a good update! Also having trouble with the new cloud features, I pay annually for the cloud feature, & I’m just now using it to transfer my media to my new phone, but it’s very slow to come over, it’s been about 2 weeks now, & all of my photos & video have yet to come over to my new phone! I have another 2 weeks to turn my old phone in for a credit, or I lose it. So that’s something to look into. Also I have photos & videos that won’t play, or export back to my phone. Basically they are lost to me! They appear as available, but they won’t play or the view as a black blank image! And some of them are sentimental, so now I’m nervous about storing my photos there? So after all these years I may be deleting this app, if there is not a feasible update! Also the app developers need to be quicker to respond to emails! I understand you are busy, but these are our memories. 3 weeks is an unexceptionable response time!Show lessDeveloper Response

In the last update or the second to last update I am no longer able to open my application. I am on an iPhone 11 Pro running iOS 13.5. I’ve been a long time user and premium subscriber of your application, and I’ve never had issues with compatibility in the past. In most cases when apps are updated and require a newer version of iOS, the software developer will disable updates for devices that don’t need the specified iOS version. I was not given a warning, and I was dumbfounded went out of nowhere my app is unable to open.
I’m not sure why this is happening, but if I am no longer able to use this application, I’m going to have to cancel my premium subscription. I’m sure there are other users of your application on lower iOS devices that are also running into this issue. My biggest problem is that I am unable to access my pictures now because I’m unable to open the application.
If you could provide me instructions on how to retrieve my photos and videos that are currently locked inside of the application, I would really appreciate it. I’m hoping that this issue is resolved, but in the meantime I would hope you are able to help me retrieve my images and videos.Show lessDeveloper Response
