Just dreadful. Appalling app. Constantly logs you out and won’t log back in again. Unbelievable the bugs haven’t been removed as it’s been useless for years.Hmdeih

Pay at the till and says change password. Why? Why I need to change password regularly? For my morning coffee? So annoying while people standing behind me. Overprotected without a valid reason to buy coffee in staff canteenattislh

Poor app does not work half the time, does not load or logs you out and then prompts you to use forget password…which doesn’t work.fjhxnh

The person that designed this app should be fired! For a discount app it is too annoying and slow so much that I prefer not to use it. And on top of everything, it is asking you to change password frequently. This isn’t a banking app! What is going to happen? They will use my one free coffee? Doesn’t work well if you use Apple Pay
If you have Apple Pay then the “tap to display ID tag” doesn’t work very well, when you turn your iPhone upside down for the scanner to read then you iPhone will think you’re trying to use Apple Pay and bring up your credit card - not very good!!!Stevanusio
