Unfair treatment of a loyal Customer
I’m a massive lover of cafe Nero coffee and I always buy from Nero whenever possible as don’t like any other coffee chain. The workers in my local are always really friendly and helpful. I love that Nero also does promotional stuff where you can win prizes and extra stamps, like the Christmas crackers and the Easter eggs. I’ve recently in the last year or so been using the meerkat 20% off Nero discount and I’ve always received stamps when I purchase my coffee and also been able to participate in the Christmas cracker and Easter Egg hunt promotions, that is up until recently. I’ve noticed that now if you use any discount to purchase a coffee you don’t get a stamp, which I don’t think it’s fair because I am still paying for the coffee. This absolutely unfair and has completely put me off being a loyal customer. It seems even though I am still paying money towards the coffee I am not entitled to a stamp for my purchase, I have to pay full price!! A very unfair treatment to someone who has been a loyal customer for the last 8 years!!
