  • Complaint about McDonald’s app

    McDonald app is garbage.
    It’s the most difficult app I’ve ever used, the McDonald employees are unable help, and agree 100% it’s a very difficult app to navigate. I called customer service, and while Chris was very pleasant, she also was unable help me. She suggested deleting my app and starting over.
    Now I’ve created a worse problem.
    It’s told me I’ve successfully submitted my cancellation, but when I try to start a new app, it’s telling me I already have an acct.
    McDonald’s needs to make their app as user friendly as Dairy Queen.

  • Poland Chopin airport THEY WILL NOT WAIT ON YOU!!!

    Do NOT bother.. they will not wait on you!! I waited 25 minutes for two coffees .. in the mean time, they continued to fill food orders WITH coffees. When I asked why they were 20 numbers ahead of mine and I still did not have my order, I was told You Must Wait! Considering I had already paid I had no recourse but to wait… now I will not even be able to finish my expensive coffee before I board!!!!! This is not service .. who employs these people and manages them anyway????

  • A very lousy app

    The app, other than it crashing every so often, has one of the dumbest logics and algorithms when it comes to ordering. Even when choosing the branch closest to your home, confirming the address, the app still decides to allocate the order to the furthest branch. My house is literally two walking minutes from the branch, and thinking I’ll save time by ordering and do something else while the food arrives, the order took literally 73 minutes. Garbage app. Garbage logic.
