Glitchy
The app is incredibly glitchy. Freezes randomly and won’t let you see the full menu. Have to open and close many times and it still doesn’t work
Languages
Great app so far but I travel often and don’t speak the languages. I was hoping there will be an option soon to have a different language than the country selected. Like English when in Spain.

Live.. laugh.. love McDonald’s!!! I was so happy when I found this app 😜 It works amazingly, I think everyone should download McDonald’s, if you want to live a happy life.. My personal favourite… McNuggets!!! And.. their one of a kind.. tomato sauce ❤️❤️🍅🥫 This app found me at my absolute lowest.. 😢😭 But now.. I can find new meals and deals everyday!

Bug needs to be fixed
The app has a bug and needs to be fixed asap on my mums iPhone SE it won’t let her redeem food with points and when it’s loading it just goes away can you fix this
It used to be a good app..
It used to be a nice app overall, but now the interface is so bloated and clunky. I can't even download it on some of my devices anymore because of not meeting the new iOS requirement that I cannot install because of my phone being old. It takes much longer to redeem or use an offer now and the offers are too big in general to have a good look through in general.

Doesn’t show restaurants
I tried to use the app in Thailand, it only showed one restaurant open for the entire island and that was supposedly only open from 9am onwards. It hasn’t been updated since the middle of covid, as an app it is useless
can’t even provide for my kids because of their mistake
bloody hell where do i even start?? i asked for an iced latte and instead get RAW COFFEE!! I HAVE TO MAKE THIS MYSELF WHEN I BARELY HAVE THE ENERGY TO FEED MY KIDS? I CAN NO LONGER FEED THEM AS I AM LETHARGIC DUE TO YOUR MISTAKE MACCIES, I DECLARE A REFUND YOU ABSOLUTE 𝓯𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴 HOW DARE I BE TREATED IN SUCH A MANNER don’t even get me started on a chip with a presumable bite mark and a significant amount missing from the bag, i ask for NO rich tomato dip and instead get 15 RICH TOMATO DIPS? someone teach this place consent will they, not everyone wants a cup of tea and not everyone wants rich tomato dip

Card payment on delivery.
This app needs an option for card payment on delivery as for some reason card payment online isn’t working.

i hate using this app to order food! i’ve only used it twice now and both times I’ve had missing items and trying to get in touch with anyone to report is terrible. Won’t be using it again shame you can’t use your points elsewhere. Uber eats deals with things better.
Have to upgrade phone to use this app 🤦🏽♀️
So recently tried using my maccas app as I have points to use up… just to find I have to have updated software which has to be iOS 16.0 or higher… but I can’t get that on my phone as it isn’t compatible (to old) which I find annoying for someone who has always loved using the app but now I can’t anymore!! Please fix this maccas so I can go back to using the app!!
