- Change the workout type to "walking" to minimise impact on Move and Exercise rings in Activity app. - Remove SocialKarama banner from the bottom. (Nobody uses that app anyway). Dear users! I apologise for missing for quite a long time. I was working on another project. Now I finally returned to Periodic Timer. I received many reports from you about the problem when the timer writes data to Health and Activity apps as if you were exercising. I spend a lot of time trying to find a way to fix it, but it seems to be impossible. We need the Workout Mode to allow Periodic Timer to run in the background, Health records all this data automatically when and the Workout Mode is on. And the data can't be deleted because apps can only write to Health.

Dear users! Thank you for all your feedback, reviews and suggestions. This update fixes most common problems and introduces many new features. iOS: - Introduced settings (as many users wanted). - Added Quick Start actions (require 3D Touch support). - Added "Dirty Hands Mode". You can start/cancel the timer by just shaking the device without touching the screen. - Introduced longer intervals: days & hours (+ version only). - Bigger fonts for timer. - Added a bird sound: Great Tit (+ version only). - Long alert sound now will be interrupted if you cancel the timer. - Added Pause button to the notifications. - User will be asked to allow notifications while pushing the start button, not after opening the app. I hope, this will prevent common misunderstanding. - The UI adopted to take maximum advantage from different screen sizes. - Minimum required iOS version raised to 9.3. watchOS: - Added complications that allows you to start Periodic Timer right from the Apple Watch face. - Vibration duration settings (+ version only). - Ability to select the hours (+ version only). - Fixed the app name localization problem. - Minimum required watchOS version raised to 3.2. General: - Added creeping line for displaying elapsed time within an interval. - Added countdown mode. Tap the displayed time to switch modes. - New simple support page. Select Files in the menu. There you'll find 'Periodic +' folder. 4. Drug and drop the sound file there. * From Files app on iPhone: 1. Copy the required file. 2. Open Periodic + folder and paste it. * From another app on iPhone (like Mail): 1. Open the app were is the file located. 2. Find and touch Share button (it may have different name, for example Export). 3. In the appearing window find the list of apps. If there is no Periodic +, touch More and enable it. 4. Now select Periodic + in the Share dialog and the sound will be imported. Q: Alert is limited for 5 seconds! A: Go to Settings app, then Periodic Timer > Notifications > Banner Style > Persistent. Q: How to switch the Timer Output Mode? A: To switch the Output Mode touch the timer display at the top of the screen. Q: What is Kitchen Mode? A: Kitchen allows to start/cancel the timer by shaking the device. Thus, you don't touch the screen, what can be useful while cooking, for example. The app should be open. This app has a free version with limited features.
