  • Don’t get into this app they will waste your time

    This app and the people who are working and tied up with will waste your time and never reply on time. I had two gigs which they I gave the confirmation I had it to call them continuously and there’s a casting director name Sam.H he will confirm your availability and will never reach you out back.
  • Superb CS Team

    I recently started using Everyset, the mobile digital voucher app designed for background actors, and I'm impressed by its easy-to-use interface. It's simple and intuitive, making it a breeze to manage and keep track of my vouchers. As an actor, I appreciate the added security of uploading my personal information to the app. I feel confident that my information is secure and protected. Additionally, I had a technical issue with my account and reached out to their customer support team. I was pleasantly surprised by how quick and helpful their response was. Overall, I highly recommend Everyset to my fellow background actors for its secure and user-friendly features.

  • Can’t get the app to open

    The app worked great before. Now I can’t get it to open. I can’t change my password. It doesn’t work.
  • DIDN’T GET PAID!!!

    I worked a job in the end of June that used this app and did not get paid yet. The job was for a feature with Zendiya. She plays a tennis pro. The background people were at Arthur Ash stadium all Saturday in the very hot sun. Then they texted me at 1:30 am Sunday to come back that morning, less than six hours! The real problem is that I have no way to contact anyone through the app, and since there was no paperwork I have no one to refer to. The app also said to hit a button to confirm I was hired, which I did but it said I pressed the button too late. It was within a minute of getting the text. Other people said they had the same problem. The app was not working for them either.

  • Still can’t sign in on the app

    I can sign in on the website with my phone and MacBook. The app is useless. The same password that logs me in with my MacBook as I type this doesn’t do the same on the app.

    Signing in from texts with documents I have to sign before going to set doesn’t work either. I don’t know what works with Everyset but it seems little does at all

  • Issue logging in

    Just tried logging in and it keeps kicking me out.
  • Pretty useless

    I can log in via PC on talent portal easily enough. The Mobil app doesn’t recognize your user/password and can’t log on. The app only has a cast/crew portal which for some reason doesn’t recognize you as the same user from talent side. Hopefully my productions opt for something else.

The app you're using is for payroll purposes only, and may require a different set of login credentials. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.   • Difficult

    I have an existing account from last year…. App does not recognize my existing email. I try starting a new account but says I already have an account. I changed password at least 5 times. I log in but it keeps telling me user ID & Password does not match. There’s no way to find out what my user ID is because it’s only asking for email & password and not user ID & password.

    I haven’t been able to login to castifi app but I can login online with the same email and password. Is anyone else having this issue?

    I have had the app for quite a while now and still haven’t gotten a job offered.
