Cannot even register to see instructional video
I just spent a lot of money on this product. I’m trying to log on to app to get instructional video but it’s saying sever error try at a later time!

Unlike others, I had no trouble downloading the app. I took my “before” picture and started tracking my treatment schedule.
Next time I opened up the app – everything was gone. I can’t even re-register my product because the app will not give you a product to select!

I paid over $2k for this product, and the app worked the first time. Now, it pulls up half a screen and I cannot view my treatment schedule. This is very frustrating!
