No internet!
Love my Joovv, hate the app!!! So upset!!! I’ve tried for two days to create a log in for app and it continues to tell me I don’t have internet so, I can’t create an account. I tried reinstalling the app, turning my phone on and off-to no avail!!!! So frustrating!!!Developer Response

Great product but the app has major connectivity issues. I hope they fix this soonWon’t stay connected
I love the Joovv light, but this app has to be uninstalled and then reinstalled and logged in to any time there’s more than a few minutes between sessions. I have the portable light and the app is the only way to control past the factory settings. Once connected it works just fine. It would also be nice if more than one phone could connect to the light with the app. My husband also uses the light but I have to run it for him from my phone.Show lessDeveloper Response
We are happy to help troubleshoot any issues you may be experiencing, the App should not have to be removed and reinstalled. The Go 2.0 is able to be used with multiple App accounts, but you will only be able to connect the device to one account at a time.
