Cannot even log in
Took forever to download this app and when I finally did, you have option (1). Type in name, email, password and press "sign in". Did not work at all. I figured that didn't work because I hadn't signed in for the first time, yet. Option (2). Log in with Facebook. I tried this and it stalled at "Logging in" for ten minutes. Fuhgetabowdet! Let me know if/when you get this thing working. As much as I paid for the device and face care, a support app would be helpful.

Can't get it to work at all
I have taken my picture 3 times. Doesn't hold picture or move with instructor.
Where to put product ID??
Same as previous review, there is no where to put the product ID? Have been trying since February to get the app up and running. Fix it please! Thanks!
Device ID???
Why does it keep telling me I didn't put in the device ID when THERE'S NO PLACE TO DO THAT? I'm trying to set up an account. App looked like a great idea, but I'm unable to use it. Please fix.

Unable to create an account. Keeps asking for device id and there's no place to put it on the page.
