Every time the app updates the Device ID on the app changes and I am unable to access my parking garage, building or any of the doors controlled by the App. So annoying.jonathancrain

New version is broken. Just says ‘inactive’ and will not work with out Bluetooth readers.oh.my..
App is broke
As of the latest update 3.8.2 the app appears to be broken. When opening the app it displays that is is ‘inactive’ and nothing seems to cause the badge functionality to work. The app support link in the App Store redirects to a 404 page on the AMAG website. The contact info on the AMAG website is not correct. When attempting to call the numbers listed the call cannot be completed. This is wholly unacceptable and I cannot obtain any information on how to contact this company.Show lessTerse44

What’s the point if you can’t register
The settings is missing. The settings you need to get your device ID is completely missing rendering this app completely useless. What’s the point... we should have went with another system. Gonna use keycards for now...Antonio R. Jr
