Has never worked
Have never been able to get the app to work. Often says I’m logged into another session when I’m not but seems to be based on prior log in attempts on the app. Seriously, ABP, I expect better. While I appreciate the ability to do MOCA over an exam, having to sit at a computer limits some of the benefit of this option. Please figure this out

Convenient but hardly ever works
Most time it takes several tries to log in due to crashing. Also there is a long lag time from i click any of the buttons until there is a response from the app. It has been this way for more than a year— if these kinks could please be worked out this would be a great app. So nice to do questions on the go.

Can’t log in!!!!
It always says I’m already logged in and then crashes. Would be amazing if they could fix this bug.
Most worthless app ever
With all the money ABP charges its diplomats, you’d think they’d be able to afford to develop an app that actually works. It’s impossible to log in to do questions and thereby is an useless app.
Glitchy login
When I log in on my phone it says I have to agree to the terms of use on the website first. When I log in on the website I can review the terms of use but there is no option to accept them. If I try to log in again on the app it says I’m logged in elsewhere even when I am not.
App doesn’t work
Poorly made app. Never has worked for me. Each time I open or try to log in, says that I am logged into another account and then it crashes. But there was not another account open. Please help fix this because it would be much easier to complete the questions if the app worked
Cannot log in
Keeps telling me I am logged into another device (which I am not) or that I have not signed the terms and conditions without giving a link of where it needs to sign in. Just spent an hour trying to figure out how to access these questions.
Doesn’t work
App doesn’t work, crashes every single time I try to log in. Worthless.
Frustrating
App continues to quit while trying to log me in. Have deleted and reinstalled, turned phone on and off, etc without improvement.
Crashing and unable to login
Have not been able to login. Either says I’m logged in elsewhere (I’m not) it just crashes and doesn’t do anything.
