As soon I load it up and it says “press the button on the xim apex” and 5 seconds later it just crashes

Works perfectly other from some problems
I bought my xim apex new of the xim site it came in and I really liked it and the xim manager is great as well but it sometimes didn’t want to connect but that was fixed by updating my xim apex software but I had to connect it to a pc but after that every thing works smother than ever I recommend this device 100% to any one struggling to use a controller or just want to be better than most people which I understand so far I love this thing.Show lessjckckcjcxnzusifoftdyY
