Great App
Easy to use and lots of features
Fun

Christmas Present
Our kids bought us 1, we get pics of the days events right to our living room, love it.
Great memories
I was given this as a gift and I so love it. Great to continuously see our memories and not having to go through a photo album or through our phone. Also, I can receive pictures instantly of my granddaughter who lives three hours away.
Upgrade to subscription?!?
Why do I now need to upgrade to subscription to manage the photos on the frame that I bought?
A bit mean.
Received a frame as a Christmas present. Very impressed with it especially compared to last time I used one more than a decade ago.
Just seems a bit mean to have to pay to see photos on connected frames.
I can understand why you may pay for some more advanced features, but not this.

Wouldβve returned if I could
Would not recommend this. The app is so difficult to use and greatly restricted unless you subscribe to pay for additional features. This makes the app so unfriendly the product is basically unusable with a phone. Such a waste of time. Things one cannot do without subscribing:
- send more than 10 pictures at a time
- view/edit the sent pictures on the phone app
Additionally, the frame comes with a peel off bit of plastic that one is supposed to remove after initial set up. However, the frame itself is touch screen, and with so much of the functionality being available only on the frame (and not via the app), this makes it entirely pointless.
If this hadnβt been a gift I would have returned it.

You had one job
I don't know why people seem to like this app. We bought a digital frame for my mum so I downloaded the app to put a load of photos on it but it is almost completely unusable.
Every time I select a photo from an album it pops to the top to show me the photo, so I have to scroll back to select the next on. After a tedious time selecting some photos it told me I could only upload ten at a time unless I paid to upgrade the app.
This app is supposed to be a free tool to use to manage a product we've bought, so it is pretty dismal to attempt to charge us again just to manage photos properly. It also isn't worth paying for an app that can't perform its single function effectively.
Skip the app, put the photos on a USB stick and don't give these people any more money for old rope.

Frameo is great i send photos to my mom and a picture of me dancing with a baby itβs great
In my 56 years of life this was my most favourite gift
I love this gift so much I sat all day Boxing Day, looking at all the pictures. My girls and family had sent me and the videos. I cried at some of the memories and laughed and smiled. It was the best gift ever. I have already sold 6 for your company to friends and family that weβre over on Boxing Day.
Thanks for all the memories
