  • New Version doesn’t work!

    I kept getting a message that says ‘Unable to validate your network connection...’ I’ve tried on wifi, mobile data, from different locations. I can’t access the digital token so I can’t do any banking transactions at all. I called from overseas and the only support I got was to delete and reinstall the app. Now all I get is a white screen that flickers to black every few seconds.

  • Authentication screen freezes

  • App doesn’t work!

    Log in, and it keeps “authenticating” and freezes on that screen. I cant bank these few days and it is frustrating! This is a downgrade not an upgrade. Appalling!

    Bring back the older one please.
  • Used to be 5*, but recently v buggy

    This used to be a good banking app when it was first launched, but there have been issues recently.
    Eg.
    -Relentless prompts to upgrade my app when I already have the latest version
    -Telling me I have timed out and logging me out, when I had just logged in a few seconds ago. In general, it is very annoying to be forced to upgrade the app so frequently !
    -No capacity to use Face ID.
    -Interface has not kept up with the best of other digital banks around the world
    -Why is it such a pain to use PayNow ??? There should be a quicker way to authenticate

  • Digital token constantly fails to authenticate

    I’ve had constant trouble using the digital token to authenticate for services. It frequently doesn’t show up even when the desktop system is waiting for an authentication. On top of these issues, the backup Secure OTP functionality is nowhere to be found in the menu despite instructions to the contrary being on the website. The iWealth app, which Treasures customers are forced to use, honestly feels like a worse version of the normal DBS app and is overall a giant embarrassment.

  • Only 1 Star

    I give it 1 star because it is not obvious what this app can and cannot do compared to the browser version. I tried to apply for Sg Savings Bonds via the app and realised I couldn’t only after many tries and going to chat with customer support.
  • Digital token is a disaster

    Doesnt authenticate. Nowhere to be seen in the app. Typical example of poorly deployed technology.
  • Surprisingly unstable and unreliable

    Having recently moved from DBS Vickers to DBS Treasures, I’m now obliged to use this app. Rather than the step-up I expected, this is a decided step-down from what I had before. The app frequently crashes on start-up and, if you’re lucky enough to get past that point, often hangs interminably after passing facial verification (I’m using an iPhone XS). Very disappointing and amateurish. Come on, DBS... get your act together and roll out something stable at least!

  • A good blend between banking and investing

    I have been using this app since it launched early this year, and it doesn’t help me to finish banking tasks (Trf money local and oversea) much faster than desktop version. I like the peekbalance feature and the convenience that it seems required less SMS OTP.
