Unreliable and buggy
Ever since the major crash of the app late last year, the digital token fails to work for me. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling several times over. Poor compared to other banks
The latest upgrade now keeps asking for permission to access other devices on the network. This is not necessary and just a data grab. Second, when I select don’t allow, I don’t expect to be asked every 10 seconds. And when it does ask it resets the screen making it hard to use. Navigation of screens eg from one account to another to check transactions keeps needing to go back and forth. Compared to other banking apps this is a long way behindShow lessjmjh69
