  • Face ID Disappeared after transferred to a new phone

    Still struggling to get Face ID which is no longer shown as an option but still with the old phone.
  • Great Bank, Great App

    DBS is a very digital Bank, constantly improving customer experience, whether it be via the app, or online. Simple and easy to transact, set up accounts, and trade. The App is a testament to the Banks digital focus.
  • Unreliable and buggy

    Ever since the major crash of the app late last year, the digital token fails to work for me. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling several times over. No idea what is wrong and customer service is hopeless. How can this bank claim to be the best in the world when it can’t even get its digital app to work properly?

    What happened to your app? It has been crashing on me for more than a month! I have updated all my OS etc

    from the start, error message and then unable to even login... what a piece of garbage

  • Poor compared to other banks

    The latest upgrade now keeps asking for permission to access other devices on the network. This is not necessary and just a data grab. Second, when I select don’t allow, I don’t expect to be asked every 10 seconds. And when it does ask it resets the screen making it hard to use. Navigation of screens eg from one account to another to check transactions keeps needing to go back and forth. Compared to other banking apps this is a long way behind
