Sort the technical issues out
Time after time there are technical issues that prevent you doing what you want when you want with your own money. It’s beyond frustrating and the fact they upgrade to give a better experience... we’ll forget it, I’d rather just have the old DBS app! Unacceptably slow in loading app
This update is terrible. It takes so long to load the app; Prompted error messages to register IB and phone number but nowhere to find where to register them (AGAIN)?? When finally got into the page, app doesn’t load to allow access to bank details. This update is absolutely crap by DBS standard! Fix it, people. You’re wasting time for your customers. Shame on you to release such a rubbish update!Show lessWongFSF
App runs very hot
This latest version of iOS app heats up very quickly. Something is wrong. Once the app is shut, the heat buildup goes away. Of course it drains the battery (and not sure what else) in the process.

Same issue with blank screen
App worked well up until early this year. If this is they’re wealth app, can you imagine the effort they put into regular apps! Cmon “disappearing” Bank of Singapore - you can do better!!kelvhew
