It’s busted rn keeps saying needs to update but there’s no update

Hard to update if it does not allow you to open it , now I can’t seem to access my account . If this is the new version lol it sucks .
Confusion.
The app has been offline for around a month or two now. Just said unavailable. Today I tried and it said new version available please update now. I went to the App Store and it just said open, not update. I deleted the app and downloaded again. It’s just repeatedly saying update but there’s no new version. Unfortunate really. The app was super helpful.

Didn’t let me complete a payment online for a while, in addition when you do make a payment it takes too long to reflect it & to update the balance, minimum payment due & due date takes too long to recalculate after you make a payment. The system or app definitely needs more work
