Terrible app

I’ve been trying to join thru the app for weeks with my IPhone 7. I get error code O0008 EVERY SINGLE TIME.

Good idea, but app needs work

I tried to purchase today. The app says I have over $12, but the register says I only have 15 cents. It happened once before and they just gave me a pretzel.

Joining

I’m trying to join the pretzel club and I enter my email and password and hit submit and then nothing happens the app sits there. I’ve tried several times with the same results and I am connected to the internet. I see that others have had the same problem. So this must be an issue with the app.

Free pretzel to download app doesn’t work

Downloaded to get the free pretzel, of course it didn’t work at the shop when the cashier scanned the barcode. Paid full price. Not worth keeping on my phone if I have to pay full price.

What's the use, if you can't join?

I downloaded the app and jumped thru all the hoops to sign up. It said my username/password were invalid. I tried to change my password 5 times. None worked. I got the emails, and it LOOKED like I changed my password, but the app still won't allow me to log in! I decide to use another email address that I have. Everything is going fine, until the final step when the app tells me that someone with that phone number is already a MEMBER???!!!!! I deleted your app! I wouldn't have it now! It's NOT national security, it's food service!

I have been trying for past two days to join and won't go past first screen! How do you expect people to use app?

Hello Macloud03, On the first screen, you will see 2 buttons (Join Now, and Sign In). If you select 'Join Now', follow the instructions, complete the forms, and press "Submit", you can complete the sign up process.
