Literally useless
I can’t access ANYTHING because of the 90 day open enrollment pop up. There is no way to exit out of it. Tapping all over my screen does nothing. No close pop up button. I would LOVE to change my info through there, as they are asking, but they have made it impossible. I could wait the 3 months to use the app, I suppose, but it’s useless as of now and I will just call them and get my issues and questions resolved in a timely fashion. App freezes
This is freezing up and I can’t even get to the home screen because of a pop up message. Can it be fixed please?kerribae88
