Site isn’t the easiest to navigate
I have tried to navigate through this site in several occasions, each time being completely confused each time. I got a call saying it was time to renew my Medicaid. So I chose myself and went through the whole process of trying to change my insurance from one plan to another, only to be told I had to send a reason by mail or fax. I still don’t know if I completed what I was suppose to complete.Show less🤔🤦🏾♀️🤷🏽♀️
