  • Terrible lazy driver

    The delivery driver refused to deliver to my building and apt number. I text him and asked if he had a problem finding my address. He called me and said he drove away 2.5 miles and was coming back. I told him I been standing outside to make it easier on him for 20 min and he said ok. Then I call him again and asked where he was and he said he was across the street from my complex at citi bank and told me to meet him there. I’m like bro you want me to walk from the back of the complex across the street like are you kidding me ?? Then he said he not gonna argue with me and hung up and cancelled my order. Worst service ever I will never order from you guys again. That driver you have is terrible at communicating I called him the whole time and told him to not hang up and I will guide him to my building. I’m so upset right now. He does not need to be working for y’all.

  • Update the app . It needs to be fixed .

    I love your app. I just don’t like when it’s time for me to place order it sends me to my browser instead of letting me use the app . when you place an order, they don’t tell you if somebody accepted your order for pick up it just gives you a eta which still might be incorrect. I don’t like when the app tells me after they picked up my order that they’re on their way. I want to know when they’re on their way to the store to pick up my order . I want to watch my order like DoorDash . I want to get the message that they are on their way yo pick it up from the store, I want to get the notification that they picked it up and is on there way to me . I want to be able to see it from the MAP and watch . Also do better with the custom service, your live chat is bad , doesn’t work .
