Vpn down and customer support disappeared
It pains me to give this bad review as I have been using plex for last 3 years and was very satisfied! However the recent issue of connection error from China had been going for weeks now. I had a year of subscription and can’t even cancel it. The worst part is that customer support or your developer team is not responding at all. For paid services, you should ensure that your customers get what they paid for! Really disappointed ☹️☹️☹️Show lessrestador
