Garbage app
It didn’t work anymore after I topped up couple days. It’s a truly garbage app and cheating team. No any updates inform no any feedback from the client team.

It worked great getting around China but then the recent riots apparently killed this app and I can’t use it anymore.

Plex went down a month back but what offends me is they not answering support emails and live chat. Refund please.
Vpn down and customer support disappeared
It pains me to give this bad review as I have been using plex for last 3 years and was very satisfied! However the recent issue of connection error from China had been going for weeks now. I had a year of subscription and can’t even cancel it. The worst part is that customer support or your developer team is not responding at all. For paid services, you should ensure that your customers get what they paid for! Really disappointed ☹️☹️☹️

Plex worked well for a month, then stopped.
The ‘contact support’ in the app didn’t work, just gave the always unhelpful ‘network error’ message.
I had to contact theApple Store to get Plex’s email, but they haven’t replied to the email.
A good app when it worked, but the absence of tech support means I’ll cancel my subscription.
