No Way to Get Leftover Money
The company that I used to work for had us pay through this app. Well you have to load money onto the account. I have money leftover on the account but I've since switched companies.
I cannot get my money back and they have not contacted me despite me contacting them.

This app is wild. It’s difficult to figure out how to order, it’s hard to figure out how to add funds, after you order it asks you how your experience was and the only option you can select is “very happy”.

Unable to sign up?!
I read the instructions to sign up, accurately entered the five character access code multiple times and it says the code is invalid! Would like to hear back from customer service so we can resolve this.DHAdams81

Their customer service is redundant & incompetent. Their app won’t let you load an exact amount so you end up leaving a balance every time. They are simply scammers.H Dimples

My number two reason for not even trying this app is the reward program itself. Every app that I have that has rewards tracks how much I spen and rewards me accordingly. (Think McDonald’s, Burger King, Chick-fil-a) No loading money to another CARD to get rewards.Show lessMIDNITE55
