Easy to use.

The app is well organized and easy to use. I like the ability to customize you feed and the favorites page. I also appreciate the What new section.

Great way to search and shop

I’m actually really surprised how well this app is laid out and all the features. Makes searching for items very easy and placing orders simple. Honestly, I had an easier time placing my order on the app rather than the website. Can’t wait to get my gear! Thanks for the awesome clothing you guys make!

Some product pages won’t even load

Whether on WiFi, 4G, what have you, some product pages load the outline of the product stat ratings and that’s it. Has been like this for a month or so. The website is more useful than this app, currently.

TOP NOTCH GEAR

I keep ordering this gear because it never wears out or fails in any way. I ski in it, hike in it, bike in it.......it is the best gear I own for any activity. You pay a bit more for it but when you consider how long it lasts, how well it wears and how much use I get out of a piece, it ends up being my most cost effective gear I own.

Could be better

The app could be a lot better with Face ID or fingerprint ID instead of having to enter email address and password every time also could save last payment way in order to speed up process .. but it’s a good app 👍🏼

Ships to Canada

Very easy app to shop on. I had no trouble with shipping to a Canadian address.

Frustrated

App looks great, but it’s SUPER buggy! Won’t let me log in on the first try, every time I get my cart to bill out it either duplicates my order and I have to cancel on step three and redo everything or it says an error occurred and won’t let me pay for my order. I’m not sure arc’teryx want my money. Very frustrated and won’t be using the app until this all gets fixed.

Canada?

This app is on the Canadian iTunes store yet it only has United States as a shipping option. Makes no sense. And how had it existed this long without someone doing something about it?
