You can't use the copy or open in app feature. This is actually a paid product although you can use the speak feature but there are better apps for that like Text Aloud. Scanner Pro to me has a better OCR and captures the whole page instead of underlining the text which had errors when I tried. When compared to Scanner Pro there were no errors compared to the same document and was much better.Show lessJobledo
Works Admirably… Exports Cost
As a long-time user of the full Prizmo product on iOS and macOS, I had high expectations for the OCR. They were met. A few bubbles of course. Reading the word "in" as the character "m" is a big one, and it can have trouble reading fractions AND then deciding what to do with them when it does (3/4 or ¾?). No OCR is perfect and the clean up is minor. Four stars for doing what it says. BUT…
They do need to warn you up front that exporting -- even just copying to the clipboard -- will require a five-buck payment. I paid because I know Creaceed is a reputable company and want to encourage future development on the Prizmo line. Knowing the Reviews folks, some others might feel "baited." One star off for the oversight as it does affect use of the app.Show lessiByron

for some reason I can't read the texts you sent because they're blue I think
but this app is still really cool. it seems like it works fairly well so I'm going to give it four star for now and adjust it accordinglySneaky Badness
Useful
Very slick and useful for quickly capturing text. Version one, requires even, 'thin' fonts, fat, uneven, script-like one are not recognised. Also, it would be nice to somehow being able to compile multiple scanned pages/sections on the edit screen before sending the whole lot off via share.BoSchafers
Cloud OCR is great
The many one star reviews are for the inferior built-in OCR, but you can get one of the best OCR apps on iOS if you pay for cloud OCR which is amazing. I think offering two different OCR engines in one app creates unnecessary confusion. Hopefully users will discover the benifits of the cloud OCR engine despite this.Show lessLuhmann
Sounds Good, Reads T3®R!B[3
After reading the hyped up description of what this app could do, I decided to get it. I immediately tested it on six different things in good light. The only impressive thing was the way a box and lines appear on screen where the app detects words displayed. But the actual conversion is beyond pathetic, even on clear, boldface book titles and packages. I wish these reviews had a place to add photos or screenshots as I could show you how worthless it is.Show lessIMRAN.TV
Good clean, USEFUL app!
I was skeptical at first when I download this app. But boy does it live up to what it says, after several tests. I found this app is indeed very helpful! I found myself using it daily to copy things on my phone, this has saved countless time typing out on my phone. Definitely one of my favorite new apps, and I hope you continue to improve and expand.Show lessLHFIVE
