Cant color anything!!!
Dont get me wrong, this game is nice with good thought involved, but i can only paint 3 things almost! I dont like paying on apps either. I thought this app would be good like some pixel art apps where you can paint more than that, but this is really bad, worse than i thought! Some of these styles are super cute and awesome looking, but, again, i have to pay to access almost everything. This is a huge downgrade!!! The app can also be glitchy or un-cooperative at times. The fact that there is not much things to do if you dont pay for it makes me feel like every drawing app just wants to get you to pay to get VIP or to get more abilities. I know there are some things to paint, but very low! Not all people are interested in paying for literally everything. PLEASE fix or I wont install again!Show lessI 💙💗 Animal Jam❗️
Hoped it wasn’t like this, but it was.
I’ve used a lot of apps. About 15 of those were this type of thing. In every single one, I’ve found that you can’t do anything for free. Sure, in this one, there are a few free paintings You can do. But for me, there were only 9 free paintings. NINE! And none of them looked interesting. The only reason it wasn’t a one-star was because I liked the feature where when you were coloring it wouldn’t let you color outside the lines. Another annoying thing was that pretty much everything was locked if you didn’t have premium. Want to change the intensity of your color? Pay us for it! Want to make your own drawing? Pay us for it! Want to color something other than the nine canvases we’ve selected for you? Pay us for it! It’s so agitating. Had potential, but it was ruined with premium.Show lessBirdyirdy
Love supporting artists
I pay for the subscription and this app is totally worth it. I love the fact that part of the funds goes to the artists who provide these drawings and that there is great diversity in not just the artwork but the artists themselves. It’s ridiculous to see complaints of having to pay for quality products that clearly people have invested their time, money, and own talent to create and support.
A free account doesn’t give you full appreciation of what this app has to offer. I often just like looking through the illustrations themselves, without coloring. The color palette is lovely and I’m addicted to using the watercolor brush to layer colors.

I love the app but I had wishes
I wish that you didn’t have to buy the entire app like every single artist I wish that you could unlock certain artist art I love the art from some of the artist on the app and I just feel like paying for the entire app would just be a waste of money for me that’s why I have been so hesitant about doing it I would if all of the art that was on the app fit the style that I liked to color that I liked to interact with but it’s just not please make it a feature to subscribe to certain artist on the app that way you can color all of their art and not have to worry about paying for art that you’re not actually going to color I love this app and it is the only app that I have found that is amazing and really stress relieving I love the feature of getting free art every day but there are some artist that I would like to color I just can’t see myself paying for the entire appShow lessMiyap22
Great App UPDATE
Update: Like I said, below, I love this app! It’s been a great stress reliever! And yes, it IS shareable with my family (my daughter loves it too). The drawings are wonderful and varied, the tools are fun and flexible, and I love that the subscription also goes to the artists. And there’s more! Their tech support is amazing! Highly recommended
I love this app and so does my kid. I bought a subscription thinking we could share it, tje way we do many other apps. But after a lot of back and forth with Apple support, it turns out that we can’t share. No, actually, I can share the APP, just not the subscription. That was confusing to me, I would probably not have purchased for myself, had that been clear in the store. Good but could be better
Great controls and colors but the free picture options are very limited. Having limited options for free users is understandable but there is an issue where a lot of the choices are not something that everyone would like to do. A suggestion to improve this is to have a limited NUMBER of free ones but to let the people CHOOSE which ones they get for free, like a set amount of free tokens each day to use on any picture they want. This improvement would easily push this up to a 5 star rating from me. The example is that I have been using this app for about a week and there have been around 20-30 different pictures for free but only 4 that I actually have any interest in doing.Show lessRavenNightwing
Absolutely Brilliant
Thank you so much to the amazing team behind this app, i had a small issue after the update & they fixed it immediately! I have had it for months & use it daily. I have completed whole sets by my favourite artists (Alina Drozdova is probably my all time fave). I love how artists come back with holiday themed art pieces to contribute to the theme sets. This app is the best colouring app I have tried, which is why I decided to pay for the subscription, & it has been worth every penny! If you love to colour daily to unwind & relax (I have a heart condition & colouring is very soothing for me) then I would say this is a smart purchase for you! I have not bought a physical colouring book in months since subscribing to Lake, & I was previously spending about $20 a month on high quality adult colouring books, so this is actually a better alternative for me. And as someone who is only in my 20s, the art styles available in the Lake app are preferable to me compared to your average boring colouring book.

I’m a fan of this. The only thing I don’t like. Is every time I find a picture I like. You have to have premium to color it. Personally I wouldn’t spend $10 to color a picture. When there’s other apps where you can color a lot more for free. It’s a great app. Don’t get me wrong. It’s relaxing and takes your mind of everything going on. I would just like to see better pictures to draw without premium. I get the devs gotta make money. Trust me I get that. But at the same time. There’s 6 pictures I can color without premium out of the hundreds that are in the app. Great game tho. Locking up and now it’s crashing...
For several weeks now I’ve been unable to access anything in “All Art” Collections. It refuses to open completely; will only show the first four books(if the artwork/covers even load on these). If I click on any collections that show, it won’t open. I can’t click on any of the other selections at the top of the page and I can’t get out of it to go back to “Hey”, “My Studio” or anything else. I have to close out of the app completely. A few times I’ve been able to go to “All Art” and select from other subjects but now those have stopped working as well. I did an update last week and I was able to access “All Art” once before it went back to locking up. I just did the most recent update and now it still locks up and now it’s crashing completely. I can’t get in long enough to go to Support to get help. This app has gotten so clunky. I took advantage of the discounted sub(an offer during the beginning of Covid). When my subscription runs out I’m not going to get it back. No way I would pay full(far too expensive)subscription after this experience. The app is absolutely fabulous and relaxing. It uses ASMR while you color to give you a real pen and paper type feel. The only problem I have with this app is that the brushes are limited. Other coloring apps have a better selection of brushes and tools to use. This app only supply’s its users with 4 brushes. I bought the premium version of the app and was disappointed to find that I only unlocked 2 new color ranges and more coloring pages. Other than the limits I would recommend getting this app because It is very fun and is a great stress reliever.Show lessmhenrym
