I don’t suggest using their service as the quality of work you’ll get will disappoint you. I have been trying to get my issue that I paid 3300 AED for fixed for the past 40+ days and I have not seen any effort from Rafeeg team. What they’ll offer you is an unqualified service provider only. Whatever dissatisfaction happens next is going to be your own problem. Do not expect any support or response from their end. It is honestly such a waste of time and money. You are better off finding your own maintenance personals.Show lessFatma-K

Rafeeg customer care team main duty is to protect you and take any necessary action if the provider was not committed. This action includes suspension, and take from the security deposit given from the provider and refund to the customer. However, if the case was not clear, meaning you don't have evidence such as invoce or a contract then Rafeeg team will help you to escalate the case to the consumer protection.Worst app ever
Save your time and find your own service provider. This is the worst service I have experienced ever unreliable Rafeeg team they have no clue and no follow up. I made 3 requests and confirmed and still 4 days later no body showed up.hAZ.AD

Because you have not completed the process of selecting a provider. Your contact info is protected and not shared until you choose the provider. This provider will have your contact info, and you will have his contact info. In case the provider did not call, or you called him but did not agree, you can with a click to replace him with another.Waste of time

Got so many notifications and deleted it
