Not great app, completely unreliable
At its best, this app is okay. You can’t add a destination (although that may be a choice of the transit provider). The controls are not super intuitive. But it worked.

Can’t log on
I’ve been trying for several days to log onto the site but keep getting error messages. I’ve tried rebooting my phone and deleting & reloading the app with no difference. I’ve tried calling the carrier but so far no response.
This app now is useless

Needs to be on the same page as it would if you were to call. It never shows that we have a ride. What the point of downloading it if you still have to call.?
