Password reset error 2575

Hey geniuses. There’s no way to contact you without logging in. Can’t login because I don’t know the password. Can’t reset the password because I get a stupid 2575 error. PedidosYa 100%

Customer service

Pésimo servicio al cliente. Contestan hasta dentro de approx 2 horas. Ni si quiera el comercio se puede contactar con ellos a la hora de resolver un problema.

Utter garbagen

App doesn’t let you track orders and the support is worse than any other app always on the line waiting up to periods of 30 min also they don’t reimburse you the money os turned to credits which aren’t even able to be tracked use other apps if you can

App stopped working

I had been using the app since January here in Europe to buy food and groceries and pay for services back in Central America, but about two weeks ago, after recent updates, the app no longer loads. It doesn’t let me sign in or even type in a phone number. It will just run in an endless loop for a few minutes then load the sign in page but will not let you type anything. It’s a real shame since it had been working flawlessly and it had proven to be a great service. Has anyone had a similar problem recently? I tried reporting it to customer service but that turned out to be useless as they knew nothing about how the app works. Changing my rating to three stars until the bugs get fixed.

Worst app for delivery in DR

The ap always have glitches. Restaurants will show they are available but in reality they are not. Your order will get canceled and only give you app credit. The customer service for the app is horrible. The option to tip the driver doesn’t work. Customer Service won’t reply to requests. Overall very dissatisfied the only resin we still use it is becase some of the other apps don’t deliver from our favorite restaurants

Payment issues

Customer support needs to improve on getting this issue fixed over the phone or online. I have had several order’s canceled and there is not they can do about it, but having to select item by item again.

Glitchy app

There are nearly ALWAYS issues ordering with Hugo App. Someone needs to build them an app that actually works.

The App & Service are excellent

But there needs to be an option where you can creat your profile via email and then add your phone number. Because I’m trying to log in and it’s not sending me any verification whatsoever.

Worst Service Ever

I can’t login and I have not gotten any help in over a month. I can’t get a verification number to log in this is crazy!!!!!

Need to Update that you can change language

It would be good if you could change the language… so you could understand what the messages that pop up say.
