Decepción
Esta app es malísima. Uno hace pedidos y media hora después te avisa que el establecimiento no contesta y que te dan “crédito” para usar la app y no ofrecen el reintegro hasta que uno así lo demanda. Es tardada casi SIEMPRE se traba cuando uno está buscando qué pedir.
Credit card
I don’t know what’s going on w this app, it doesn’t take my credit card! Weird bc other apps and whenever l order on line, it’s quite good for . Hopefully, it gets better!!
Variedad
Me gustaría que hubiera más variedad de zapatos y de ropa. No hay mucha variedad. Pero tiene un buen servicio en comida a domicilio.

Many glitches / can’t tip
I like the fact you can actually order from anywhere, there are many glitches I spent 2 hours trying to order food, it wouldn’t let choose options then it said you could only schedule a delivery and at the end it said the restaurant was closed .... the most frustrating part was not being able to tip. I know these people make a living of their tips! I contacted support 3 times and they were polite but no help all! I told my family to tip them cash but I would have liked to tip them as well... needs work but it’s getting there .

Won’t let me past the sign up screen
The app doesn’t work at least for me. It constantly freezes and asks you to please wait
Tipping/Propinas
There’s a current glitch that’s happening with tipping. Once the order is finalized a review appears and then the app freezes missing the part where you get to tip the messenger.
Please look into this immediately and make it a priority. This app is already user friendly, but it also needs to be employee friendly. Please fix this and have the option to go back to an order to tip. This is the second time this happens and not to mentioned is the holiday season.
I would really like for HUGO to have a feature where you have a recommended tip added to the order.

They need to improve tracking !
The app is good. Works mostly fine except after you place your order .... you can’t check on your own where is the order. The map is not updating real time. Most of the times the deliver person will arrive and location is not yet updated. The last 2 times I had to write to customer service to help me track my order ... not sure what is happening as the first time I ordered is was fine.

App crashes
I have an iPhone 6plus and the app crashes every ncr in a while (2/15 days) and sometimes the menu does not display food option, or some of the options disappear all of the sudden.
App wont respond
I just downloaded the app and while I was putting the address when I press continue it stopped responding, please see if it can be fixed.
Horrible cx service + app
Do not recommend, cx service lacks so so so much, and the app is not reliable at all! Never had that issue with other food delivery apps. Do yourself a favor, save time and money.
