Worst app ever
Tuve inconvenientes con esta aplicación usándolo por primera vez, me cobraron la tarjeta y cuando llego el delivery decía en efectivo y el no me entregó la comida. Realice una nueva orden contando con que me realizarían el reembolso de la orden que me cobraron primero y no me entregaron pero nadie ha podido ayudarme. Me acreditaron lo de la segunda orden a Hugo porque tampoco la entregaron, y lo hicieron aún pidiendo un reembolso a mi tarjeta, una chica me llamo , me quitó los datos de mi cuenta para darme el reembolso y después otra persona me dice que no puede. Ahora tengo 595 pesos perdidos que no me han reembolsado y otros 595 en crédito en la aplicación que no quiero ni usar porque es un servicio horrible. Peor experiencia ordenando online del mundo!

Aplicación con issues pero el servicio es lo peor
Me ha dado tantos problemas cuando la he usado, no he podido rastrear mis órdenes, se tardan horas en atender (incluso antes de la pandemia), no me entregan todo lo que pido. En cuanto a la aplicación, les encanta mandar mensajes “catchy” con promociones, pero al entrar a la App, en realidad no hay ninguna promoción, sería bueno que el mensaje push me llevé directo a la promoción en la aplicación, pero eso parece que no se les ha ocurrido a los desarrolladores. Pero lo peor de todo con Hugo es su pésimo servicio, parece que los clientes hablamos con la pared cuando tratamos de comunicarnos con Hugo. Solo mantengo esta aplicación por si la necesito para una emergencia y las otras de delivery no me sirven, aunque dudo que en una emergencia me vaya a funcionar bien.

Bad Customer Service
Placed an order, HUGO didn’t process it. Tried to get feedback several times, they didn’t call or answer.
This has happened like 5-7 times, but this time I needed to vent it and the only way I could think of was leaving this reviews.
I’m from Honduras, and if anyone else from here is reading, we should give Sompopo, OCHO, Glovo and others, a chance.

This app is pioneering e-commerce in the region
I’m impressed by the app, never thought a app with such a nice interface and care for the branding and the client can be develope so good in Latin America.

Stole my money
Gave me the wrong order and hour later. After talking to customer service they said that in 20 minutes I would get my original order. Another hour later I ask to be called again, the person never put it through and the next rep wanted to see if the restaurant was still open (it wasn’t). Now I asked for my money back to which she responded that’s fine we can give you a credit. Now, I don’t wat a credit I want my money because I don’t want to use the app anymore after this. The rep told me it was perfectly fine and they would reimburse me and send a confirmation email. Guess what. I’m warning you stay away.

It needs a little bit of work
I really don’t understand the logistics of this app; I made my order thinking it would be quick but they choose a location that was waaay too far from me; there’s one of the restaurants literally 10 minutes away from my location. Other than that, amazing app!
Age rating too high
Hugo is great but I wish they would lower the age rating of the app. We don’t want access to mature rated stuff on our phones yet Hugo requires a 17+ rating on it. I understand they probably only want people 17+ to use it however it makes it inconvenient for someone in my situation. Please consider lowering your age rating.

Do not use the app!
I have only managed to order once and it has been a horrible experience. The app requires you to understand the fact that you have to show your credit/debit card when the order arrives to the house. However even after tapping “accept” on the app, they decide to cancel the order. The first time I ordered from here it cancelled my order 5 times before I had to call customer support to complain. Please do not use this app!!
