Been using this app for up to a year and found it to be a great way to report incidents. Find it to be a simple, effective and efficient way of colleagues to raise near misses and injuries. It has definitely engaged colleagues and created a great health and safety culture throughout the company.

Stupid app, poor coding and just overall crap
I have seen teenagers develop better apps. It’s buggy, simple but tedious, limited options.
In general its just an app I would expect a 10 years old to develop while they learn programming.
Not something we actually have to pay for.
Go out of business for the sake of everyone.
