Constantly crashes. Can’t schedule a telehealth appointment.
app crashed
After many issues trying to log in, I was finally able to book a video consultation. However the app crashed when trying to join the video call. Absolute disaster of app!! And it doesn’t make sense that you can’t book tele appointment through the web!
App not working
The app doesn’t allow me to sign in and gives trouble all the time. Please fix it since it is the only way to book a telehealth appointment.
Creepy.
Why is this app pushing a personality test on me? So creepy. Also, the UI is laggy and poorly designed. As though coded up by a third party upon instruction from a committee of old white dudes who can’t tell whether they are using a web browser or an app.
Remember login
Such a poorly designed app. No wonder our company decided to switch to AXA. Even if I toggle to remember login details on the iOS app, I have to enter credentials every single time.
Can’t login
This is appalling and effectively removes part of the Cigna offering to see a GP online. If you can’t login to the app you can see a GP.
I can login to the Envoy app fine but Well-being doesn’t work. It will let me reset my password but then I try that and it says login failed
I’m mentioned this to Cigna support and they can’t do anything about it.
The people who make the app need to fix this and the people who run Cigna need to expedite this or I’ll be asking for a refund of my membership fee as you’re not delivering the services you claim to offer

Did I book or not?
When you try and book an appointment with the GP gives no indication as to whether the submission went through or not. It also does not add it to your calendar within the app. I find it absurd that they have an app that doesn’t work at its basic level.
Can’t login on small screen
Can’t click the boxes to accept the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. They appear to be off of the screen on the left on my small form-factor iPhone. Please test with small screens and don’t expect a specific width. You could also support screen rotation.
Useless
How helpful is a health care app if you can’t schedule consultations? I’ve tried repeatedly to schedule a consultation but it never finalizes the process.
Utterly unusually rubbish
This app is totally unusable. “Remember me” button doesn’t work so you will have to write down the password since you’ll probably only need to use this now and again. Half the time you try to log in it just doesn’t work. When you try to schedule a phone or video consult, it will crash instantly if you touch the screen before it autodetects your location to fill in the country code for phone number. Then when you select a appointment window, a window pops with “click to confirm, this will be added to your device calendar” etc etc…. Nothing happens. The window goes away and you’re still looking at the list of appointment windows. You can’t tel if your appointment was booked or not! (But hint… it wasn’t!!). Congrats for making virtual medical care harder than finding an in person doctor.
