Archaic app
I wouldn’t call this app live tracking, there’s at least 3-5min delay. I also thought it would show if they student actually made it onto the bus instead of just showing the route because sometimes it didn’t even make it to the school for pick up and it’s showing a different route and you’re left wondering which it is. Also on days where they switched bus numbers you can’t even track it. In this day and age, you would think the technology is more advanced and aligns closely with how Uber/Lyft works.Show lessBahhh1234

Nice app but I think the distance for the notification should be modified to 5km from 2km because someone like me wait for the notification before leaving for the bus stop and that will give me enough time.Folly Zone
The app doesn’t work
For over one week , I have been unable to track the bus , it doesn’t give any updates of lateness or show location in real timeN.E.O.K
Like it, potential for beneficial updates/improvements
Its great for live tracking the bus and drop offs at school and pick up from schools. Thats about it. Wish it would highlight the bus route and point out the pick ups and drop offs location along the route. Also would be great if the bus/route in the app map is color coded like the assigned bus. And would be easier for parents to know which bus is where if they have multiple routes. My son has an alternate pick up location 3 days out of the week, our assigned route is Orange bus for pick up and drop off and the alternate route is Purple bus which we only need for pick up. But because there’s no way to pick and choose what bus for what day of the week and not color coded, its hard to know which bus to look out for since its tracking both bus at the same time. Especially if they’re within the same zone or coming from the same direction.
I believe more updates will be made in the near future as there is feedback on improvements and what would be helpful and beneficial for parents.Show lessGladthatsovee
Needs better notification
The App used to work fairly well, but at some point something changed. It doesn’t update location often enough, and despite setting the notification for when the bus is crossed to be half a kilometre away it only notifies me as the bus is pulling up to my location.

Completely worthless app
If I could give zero stars, I would. The AirTag in my kid’s backpack provides better, more accurate tracking than this worthless app. Tracking only works if your kid is on their designated bus with their designated driver. Combined route? No tracking. Sub driver? No tracking. Late bus? No tracking. Kids in our district swipe an ID card to get on/off so why can’t the app track based on that? It would eliminate the 50 different schedules I have to set up to ensure we can track every late start, half day, early release, normal start time, normal end time. terrible
Time is awalys wrong which has made me miss the bus multple times. It will say I have 15 minutes until the bus arrives then It will be there in less than 5 minutes. Even when the time is correct it has like a minute refresh rate so I can barley tell where it is accurately. Every few days this app will disconnect both of the kids on my account and I have to readd them both which rarely works. Overall this app is just slow, unreliable and useless. would not recommend 1/10Show less---/::::::::::::::::::::::::>
